shipping & returns
domestic & international shipping
For domestic orders we charge a $5 flat rate shipping fee. All domestic order are shipped using a tracked service with AusPost.
For international orders we charge a $15 flat rate shipping fee. All international orders are shipped using a tracked service with AusPost.
Before placing an international order, please check with your local customs office to see if you will be charged duties and taxes once the order arrives in your country. We cannot estimate or take responsibility for these charges, as they are imposed by and paid directly to your government.
You will be sent your tracking number shortly after your order has been sent. most items are made to order so Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be dispatched.
Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address, phone number and email address. Please note that missed deliveries or any delays due to incorrect information provided are not the responsibility of PUP PUP PUP.
Please note shipping times can vary and we are not responsible for any delays with the postal system. We will, however, do everything we can to help to expedite packages where reasonable.
Returns and exchanges
If you have received your item/s and would like to swap it for a different size/style please email info@puppuppup.au to arrange an exchange.
If you receive a damaged item or you reasonably believe it is not as described on our website, please email info@puppuppup.au and we will replace, repair or refund your order.
If you change your mind about your order after it has been dispatched and would like to return it, please email info@puppuppup.au to arrange a return. You will be issued a credit note to the value of the item/s returned less any shipping costs incurred. Cash refunds with only be issued for faulty/not as described items.
Please ensure you contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. All returns/exchanges must be in their original condition, have the swing ticket intact and the item must be unworn (past the point of trying on), unwashed and unsoiled.
Sale items, first aid kits and all health care products are not eligible for exchange or return.
